Super Bowl XLVI

I remember when Super Bowl was about the game, the food and the excitement of a close game. OK, we can’t completely disregard the commercials; after all, the Terri Tate Office Linebacker and the Dorito’s Mouse Trap commercial are still pretty humorous. We’ve noticed recently, though, that there is also a lot of unrelated hype the week leading up to the Super Bowl. At the end of the day, it’s about the game and spending fun time with family and friends (and of course snacks!).

Traditionally, we like to head on over to our children’s grandparents’ house for a lot of junk food and cheering. Personally, I’m a fan of a close game and usually root for the underdog, so maybe the Giants? Some reports are naming the Patriots to be this year’s underdog,  so we shall see! Another exciting part of the game is at the very end when the MVP is awarded. The odds say Tom Brady is the best bet in Indy, what do you think?

It takes a lot of dedication and team work to make it to the Super Bowl, so we wish both teams good luck! How many die hard Super Bowl fans are there, and what traditions do you and your families have to celebrate?
