Shipping / Returns

FedEx ground is our preferred shipping method.

Should you require expedited shipping such as overnight, 2nd day or 3 day, these are available upon request.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

All plaques are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you.

We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

If there is a delay in shipping your plaques, we will notify you by email, if you have provided us with an email address.

Present a Plaque does accept returns with approval. To receive approval, please call us at 800-824-2930. If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.  Please retain all original packaging until FedEx claims has been notified. We will do everything possible to correct the situation to your satisfaction.
